The Project Table
You have a grand idea. I take it from concept to an actual business. As a Creative Business Producer, I design your business model and market positioning. You'll know exactly what you're selling, who you're selling it to, and how they are going to find you. So you can launch focused, and with confidence.
Hi, I'm Sacheen
I'm a creative who's obsessed with helping people build a business around their creative life, but I'm not your traditional business school consultant. I've spent 20 years in television as an actress and the last 5 years as an independent producer in LA. Along the way I stepped back to be a stay-at-home mom, then designed and launched my own children's clothing brand. I've had to figure out the business side of creative work three times over without formal training. Now I'm a Creative Business Producer. I help people like you build the business you want around the ideas you already have, and actually launch it.
Who I Work With
I work with creatives in and out of the entertainment industry, stay-at-home moms pivoting into entrepreneurship, service-based businesses that need structure, and individuals with established careers that want to start something that's all their own.Scroll down to book a 30 minute Discovery Call to tell me about your idea. If it's already built and you need eyes on what you already have, book a POWER HOUR. The link is also below.
How I Work
We'll work in three phases. The Audit: we identify your competitive edge. The Design: we position it and get clear on who buys. The Launch: we build the go-to-market framework to get you to your goal. You won't get a content manager, social media handler, or endless coaching, but you will walk away with clarity, a real strategy, and momentum.
